Would be possible to achieve 0 experience in Rookgaard with a char made in Dawnport?

What is the "rock bottom" of experience that you can get on Tibia with a character that asked to go to Rookgaard and was created in Dawnport? At some point, will you stop losing experience points after dying with your character that was transfered from Dawnport to Rookgaard? Can we get 0 experience under the conditions described on the title?

According to my personal tests killing a noob character that I own, I can't lose experience or skills after this point. Being this the most likely minimum amount of experience that a player can achieve under proposed conditions: 9 XP.
 

I moved my char to Rookgaard from Dawnport in order to see if it would go even lower there.

In the past, you were starting the game with 0 experience points. I think if someone kept a character from back then and never leveled it, they will have 0 exp points.

I modified the question in order to reflect better the fact that I wanted to know more about characters made nowadays. Thanks for the heads up! Indeed you are right that old chars can show lower numbers of exp! But here it is focused about tests made with new characters that you could create right now.
