If you're a whistle blower can you speak to Chip again during the Lumberjack mini world change?

Question

I just had a serious talk to the queen about the NPC Chip and I became a Whistle Blower and got an achievement during the Lumberjack mini world change. My question is now when I go talk to Chip he says,  "You! I remember you! You were the one who blew the whistle on me and told the queen! I don't wish to talk to you." and won't speak to me!

Will Chip ever speak to me again? Am I allowed to do this mini-world change again or only once am I able to snitch on Chip?

Yes you are allowed to do this mini world change again, from my personal experience I have done it about 25 times maybe more.

Chip will talk to you again if the world event is active.

yeah! haha I wanted to keep testing whenever the mini change happens. I let other's go or help them but most people I think already have it, so I'm going to continue just to see if there is something else that we do get from it.
