Where can I exactly find Fitzgerald?

In order to get Malefitz achievement we have to find Fitzgerald to get  Fitzwilliam's Special Reserve. Where exactly can I find him and is there "safe" route to reach him or should I expect many creatures/mobs on the way?

Hello!

There is two ways to reach to Fitzgerald.

First one you will need the golden key (Key:0303). And follow the way marked on the map:
