<p>Well It depends of many factors:</p><ul><li>Density of the Server: Antica un a clear example, all the houses there are so expensive cause of fact that there are not enough for all the players that holds the Server.&nbsp;</li><li>Popularity of the City: clearly there are cities which demand of houses is higher so the prices increase. This is the case of Thais for example</li><li>Side: Bigger houses are more expensive, and people usualy usually want to get in the selling the price they payed It for when bidding.</li><li>Distribution: Not every big House are cute, some Big houses are just not good to decorate, or have done floors not visible from the outside&nbsp;</li><li>Beds It can have</li><li>Proximity to Depot/boat: With the implementation of the dummies, hirelings, reward shires shrines etc, the nearer you got the House from the boat or the Depot the better.</li></ul><div>In better.</li></ul><p>In your case, and in my opinion OFC, a House in Ankrahmun is not very valuable.
