<p>There's no way to use the print screen button sadly unless it's the first 10 minutes! minutes of you opening the client. So what I do is I exit the client and just log back in if I want to take a screenshot. I tried to do this a workaround by setting up a hotkey on my mouse for print screen and that didn't work was still a black screen. I decided to submit a support ticket for this question.
