Tremor Worm doesn't always drop part of the mount. I killed it twice solo and also didn't loot anything, however some of those bosses ALWAYS drop mount's parts - even two (like Minotaur Moohtant Wallbreaker).

Loot is random - sometimes in my team won person who came as last person when boss was already on his yellow HP.
