I'm going to do some more research to confirm this but pretty sure it cannot be changed by the players it's random. The as then it would mean it's a world change.. an example of a world change would be the Demon Wars world change where we can actually determine what the spawn will be (making the Princes spawn for example.example) What confuses me is how Tibia Fandom says that the players can control what spawn stays, I don't think it has anything to do with the amount killed so bare with me. I've disagree.
