<p>The only limited damage runes I can think of are field runes:</p><ul><li>Fire field</li><li>Energy field</li><li>Poison field</li><li>Fire wall</li><li>Energy wall</li><li>Poison wall</li><li>Fire bomb</li><li>Energy bomb</li><li>Poison bomb</li></ul><div>All bomb</li></ul><p>All other attack runes have a variable damage, that has a range which depends on player level/ml/skill</div><div></div><div>Even level/ml/skill</p><p>Even soulfire depends on players magic level..&nbsp;</div><div></div><div>The level..&nbsp;</p><p>.&nbsp;</p><p>The ones Im not 100% sure are the damage over time spells, such as: utori pox, utori kor, etc...&nbsp;</div>etc...&nbsp;</p>
