Some of these bosses always drops it, even 2 pieces (like Minotaur Wallbreaker always drops 2 rolls of covering) but Tremor Worm does not! I killed it solo twice and still don't have Glooth Glider Crank.

It is possible to kill it solo, but it's in my opinion absolutely not worth it.
