i I think worth save the charm points for new charms, if they dont don't change them the holy charm for sure worth it since most of the monsters are weak against holy, the other 2 mana and life leach charms need to be tested to see how the % will be applyed probabily applied probably they wont be that good for monsters with high amounts of life where the damage charms shine, anyway will need wait a bit to be sure
