Has Tibia map expanded well and functional over the years? Is Thais Tibia’s “downtown”?What´s making cities more functional?

My point is, why are some cities always been the main ones and the other ones feel empty?

I will leave some theories if you can share some would appreciate:

1) People like to see people - that’s why downtowns are full, due to its design, Thais has the closest style as a downtown of big cities in real life that’s why is always full of people.

2) Growing vertical and not horizontal - with time they´ve added more houses to cities and caves, making them mor cozier and functional (eg. Cults in Ab or Thais bosses).

What else do you think is making the cities more functional in Tibia and what should be implemented?

Has Tibia map expanded well and functional over the years? Is Thais Tibia’s “downtown”?

As an old player,

I started playing in highschool and now i’m an architect in real life. I’ve read and work in a lot of urban design.

My point is, why are some cities always been the main ones and the other ones feel empty?
