If I transfer a guildhall to another player in my guild, will all the items stay in the guildhall or be sent to my depot?guildhall?

Let's say I'm deciding to transfer the guildhall to a member of my guild. Will all the items be sent to my depot depot's inbox or will they remain in the guildhall?
