Does sleeping on a bed improves your improve stamina regeneration?
There is an old myth around my circle of friends that sleeping on a bed would improve your stamina regeneration but i cant regeneration, but I can't find anything that supports this or disclaims this, if this. If anyone knows anything that could prove or disprove this that would be a lot of help, looked around for similar question questions that could answer it but i were I was unable to find anythinganything.
