Is it possible for the Man In The Cave to spawn with the Ice Golems, one floor below his cave?

I I found this boss yesterday and noticed that one Monk was together with Ice Golems. Is it possible for the Man In The Cave ~~appear~~ ~~exactly~~ at ~~the~~ ~~hole~~ ~~and~~ be ~~together~~ to spawn with the Ice ~~Golems?~~Golems, one floor below his cave?

Is it possible to Man In The Cave appear exactly at the hole and be together with Ice Golems?

I found this boss yesterday and notice that one Monk was together with Ice Golems, so my question is that if it's possible to this occur with the Boss itself.
