<p>Yes, Elgar was a npc at the old Travora island that was implemented 2009. Elgars worked as a&nbsp;bankier&nbsp;and a&nbsp;banker&nbsp;and mailman all in one. He was used to acces access your bank account and withdraw/transfers gold to other players. And mailman if you wanted to send stuff to someone or send away items that you couldn't&nbsp;bring with you to the new wolrd.</p><p>But wordd.</p><p>But as of the update of character transfers back in 2015 he was no longer needed, they even remapped the island Travora and made up a story about how the Travora got smaller by the rising sea, thus he got swallowed by the sea and drowned.
