Can CipSoft know what we talk say in private messages?
This week I was talking with a friend in game via private messages, I asked something and he said that he'll respond on whatsapp because CipSoft can know what we were saying. Is that true? Or the only way CipSoft konws knows the content of private message is if someone report it?
