If you purchase an exercise weapon from the store with Tibia coins, is it character-bound?

I know we can buy exercise weapons from the store and from npcs including Hirelings. However, if I purchase the exercise weapons from the store is it character-bound or ~~able~~ to be ~~used~~ by ~~any~~ ~~character~~ ~~like~~ ~~the~~ ~~ones~~ ~~you~~ ~~buy~~ ~~from~~ ~~the~~ ~~npc?~~ (sent to your store inbox)? This is good to know incase I want to give it to someone or if I don't end up using it.
