I use 100% of my keyboard. So:
F1 - Exura vita
F2 - Potion
F3 - Runes to hunt, like avalanche for exemple

F4 - Utamo vita
F5 - Utani gran Hur
F6 - UH on friend
F7 - Exura max vita
F8 - Runes like poison bomb
F9 - SD
F10 - exevo gran vis lux
F 11 - Exevo vis hur
F12 - exevo gran flam hur

I use that way because is most important normally. But How master sorcerer has more hotkey, I started to use Num too:
/ - exevo gran mas flam
* - exori kor
- - exori moe
+ - exevo gran mas vis
Enter - next target

And how Im fight in war I use:
Insert - dwarven ring to run when I need
Pag Up - ssa
Pag down - Might ring
End - potion of utamo vita.

I don't live to use a mouse, and I prefer 100% keyboard, soo I feel better using this way.
