If you are solo the best bet is to just map click or click on screen and let your character attempt to run there. Trying to use the arrow keys takes much longer. Once you do use the nails you can logout and wait for them to reset (about (which takes 30 seconds) and login again and use them right away.

If there is someone else there to help you can have them push you to the board. When another player pushes your character it will not be affected by the superdrunk condition causing you to go in the wrong direction.
