<p><span <p><strong><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">There are two ways to report bugs and that would be to report it to a tutor in-game or by a ticket. </span></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">The </span></strong></p><p><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">1) The best way to report a bug is to report it to tutors via the help channel (Ctrl+T). </span><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Only tutors can report bugs in-game (Ctrl + Z). </span> They can make an official bug report, which will be forwarded directly to CipSoft. Ideally, your report should contain the following information:</span></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span information:</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">a short description of the bug</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">a short evaluation of its seriousness</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">a detailed description of the steps necessary to reproduce it</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Make sure to focus on important information and leave out anything which is not crucial to understanding the problem. Please keep in mind that players are expected to report all bugs.
