Maybe the most effective method for it would be having Boots with the Paralysis deflection imbue, The description for it on Tibia.wikia.com (Paralysis deflection) says "it always deflects paralysis" on a PvP environment. I never see people wearing it though, it could work, just not as expected. I just tested it for around 30 rounds and what I could notice is that it deflects a certain percentage of the paralysis when you compare it with not wearing the imbue at all, you'd notice the paralyse will be less intense than when you don't have the imbue, and it always work, so it allows you to remove it slightly faster if you're being pushed, although it doesn't prevent it for a 100%. It does improve your movement speed while paralized and moved diagonally though. I also had a friend of mine taught me that you should always use speed spell+healing spells everytime every time you're paralized, that gives a double chance for you to remove it in one turn in case any of the spells is in their miliseconds milliseconds cooldown or just in case you get paralyzed twice in a row, which means by different people at the same time.

Maybe the most effective method for it would be having Boots with the Paralysis deflection imbue, The description for it on Tibia.wikia.com (Paralysis deflection) says "it always deflects paralysis" on a PvP environment. I never see people wearing it though, it could work, just not as expected.
