<p>The only place where you can find wild&nbsp;<a rel="nofollow" href="https://tibia.fandom.com/wiki/Carnisylvan_Sapling">Carnisylvan Saplings</a> is indeed at&nbsp;<a rel="nofollow" href="https://tibia.fandom.com/wiki/Megasylvan_Yselda">Megasylvan Yselda</a>'s boss room.</p><p>Edit: room.</p><p><strong>Edit:</strong> I purposely didn't approach the part of the question that asks if this was intended (only Tibia's content team can answer that). And, with today's patch, patch (<a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.tibia.com/news/?subtopic=newsarchive&amp;id=6243">July 20, 2021</a>), this creature was removed from the Bestiary. So we can say it was not intended for Carnisylvan Saplings to have a Bestiary entry.</p>
