Just do a task that gets you a hundred points the fastest. dont worry about a particular boss u want to fight. Once you get 100 points you can then activate all boss's under lvl 130 tier at the same time for no boss point cost. You will have to have at least 1 Boss Point in order to activate them but it will not be consumed.
