according to this answer of skerio:

About the duration of the effects: They are permanently bestowed, not temporary like imbuements.

On the followed post:

Regarding the strength of these creatures: While an influenced monster is somewhat stronger than a normal version of the monster (depending on the number of stacks), a fiendish creature will be considerably stronger and deserves caution. This is why they are clearly marked. Fiendish monsters are rare though, and only a handful of them may be present at the same time in the game world. If you feel comfortable hunting in one hunting ground, you should be able to deal with them if they appear there.

About the duration of the effects: They are permanently bestowed, not temporary like imbuements.

Can there be more than 1 boosted monster in one spawn?

That is possible, but the chance for it to happen is rather low.

A question. Are the "common, not raid, not rook/dawnport" the only criteria for which monsters can carry dust? In other words, does it mean that for example one can stumble upon a Fiendish Rat in Thais sewers?

Yes, you might even come across a fiendish rat.

Do influenced and Fiendish creatures yield more experience? Cool idea to be honest.

They won't yield more experience.

Those are indeed permanent effects.
