As a Knight, my personal opinion is that you don't play a Knight unless it has atleast at least 100/100, but if you wish to powergame then:

Knight (Level 100) - 90/90~

Paladin (Level 100) - 95/75~

Sorcerer (Level 100) - ML 75~

Druid (Level 100) - ML 75~
