Is locked button on keyboard legal in Tibia?

I heard a lot people lock buttons on keyboard to do achievements for one thousand or million steps on the snow, on the fire or under water. I've heard rumors about people who were removed by doing this.

For example this post from 2017:

Ferexarus said: "Your information is about 7 years old. CIP stated on the tutor forums less than a month ago that any deletions that were a result of blocking keys on the keyboard would not be overturned because the game is meant to be played manually."

Post from forum and answer is from 2017 so is pretty old but  I how I see still a lot of people talk about this way.

So my question is: Is locked button on keyboard legal in Tibia in 2019?
