<p>An <p><strong>Cipsoft changed the spawning of the Balloon Cloth. It is now seen after every server save.</strong></p><p>An interesting item you can find is <strong>Balloon Cloth</strong> <img alt="" src="https://www.tibiawiki.com.br/images/8/8a/Balloon_Cloth.gif" style="height:43px; width:41px">, but it spawns used to only with spawn&nbsp;with the starting of new servers.
