No you can’t obtain the sword if you create a new char now because it will spawn in dawnport not in rook but if you some people that created a char some years ago (before dawnport) and it still is was in the beginners island so yes you can still obtain it... could still obtain it but after some update (2018 ~) all chars were moved to rook temple... the quest wasn’t deleted neither the island...(at least not yet)
