For medium-high level paladins In solo hunt are the diamonds so far from single target hunting?

Talking about efficiency, comfort, time-waste, it is so far hunting fullbox from single target?

This question take paladins lvl 300+ as medium and  lvl 600+ as high.

I would love to make this question opinion-based because is too much interesting to see how does feel people about this way to hunt, but that also could lost the focus of the question, Yet if someone have tried a place/a hunt comparing the spot between single target and full-boxing or even better someone have tested with specific items a hunt which compete with the most efficients full-boxing ones  it would be nice to read the stats provided.

Paladins used to take advantage from higher lvls mobs killing them from distance at lower lvls than usual but happens that now there aren't too many higher lvl mobs who can be beated only for paladins of their lvls (Except for bosses but u can't live hunting them).

Worst it seems that a paladin is so far more efficient hunting with diamonds something "of their lvl" more than hunting something for higher lvls. All this to the point that seems like being a single target hunter isn't longer an option to hunt so u bond ur character to fullboxing for the rest of its life So this questions have to be done:

  • Once reached medium lvl isn't optimal enough killing with spectrals?
  • Are the paladins hunting with diamonds because there is a big gap between those 2 ways to hunt?
  • Are fullboxing hunters so optimal that beat single target ones in every aspect? (profit, time waste and exp) or is just for exp/comfort?
  • Fullboxing also force u to use specific deffensive charms and/or deffensive amulets/rings/equipment?
  • Could an implement of mobs designed to be solo'ed make a difference?
Also had to change the question to medium-high lvl paladins since until lvl 300~ there are too many inconsistences because there are too many things to take into consideration that make this too broad.
