I can't tell you of some quests that were removed from personal experience so I did some research:

Horned HelmetSilver Mace Winged HelmetWarlord Sword

I guess most of these are just rumors and can't be proven but I hope this can serve as interesting information. I know these are items but these items are rumored to be from past quests. A lot of these items where they were supposedly got replaced by other quests in the same area.

https://www.reddit.com/r/TibiaMMO/comments/39oge3/were_the_legendary_quests_of_old/

As an old roleplayer who got hold of quite a few "rare" items, I can tell you a lot about this legendary quests.

Warlord Sword was obtainable through a quest which was related to the Femour Hills Tower, Carlin's Amazons, Sweaty Cyclops, etc... I never did this quest myself, but I know a couple persons who did in Antica. There were at least 6 or 7 warlord swords througout Tibia, most of them in Antica, but there was at least one in Liberia and one in Eternia.

Silver Mace quest was also doable. I did it myself. It was related to everything in Jakundaf Desert (the banshee, the 10k quest, all the strange levers, lake amroos, gharonk language, hoogle, the levers past the spike sword quest, etc...). There were at least 15 players who solved this quest.

Both quests got removed on the 8.1 update, back in 2007. Silver Mace became lootable later.

The Great Axe was obtainable waaaay long ago in Jakundaf Desert, too.
