What is the formula for skill growth during Double Skill event when using Premium Exercise Dummy?

Considering that Premium Exercise Dummy is 10% more efficient than regular Exercise Dummies, what will be the formula for level growth when training Premium Exercise Dummy? Is the bonus from the Premium Exercise Dummy doubled too?
