Sadly I believe there is no way to know how many points you got so far, the way I know how many points i got is writting I got is writing on a Note Book/ Excel all the tasks I had done every day.

This is very usefull useful to know the points and the cooldown, I use it basically in all bosses and tasks it's very helpfull helpful :).
