How to get a second Botanist's container?

Today I wanted to use the Botanist's Container in a 
Blooming Griffinclaw, but I didnt find the container, I came to the NPC Ceiron at Ab'dendriel, to get another container, but he didnt give me another.
Someone know How is possible to get a second Botanist's container? What does I have to do?
