Depending on the server you want to delivery the Rare deliver the rare items will depend of the quantity on the number of characters you will have to make. If your final destination of the Rare items is an Optional PVP if the world is blocked or not, you should have not. Keep in mind for this conditions, these conditions because there is are some servers with especials special limitations of world transfers.
