<p>The guildhall is <strong>not </strong>included in this limit. This means you can:</p><ul><li>own both a house three houses and a guildhall on the same character / world</li><li>own a guildhall even if three other characters on your account already own a house</li></ul><p>Please note however that you must be a guild leader to own a guildhall and you can only own one guildhall per account (since you can only be a guild leader of one guild per account).</p>
