Vice leader is one of the highest ranks in a guild and therefor they have some unique abilities that normal members don't have, like:

• Invite/exclude players
• View Applications
• Invite non-members to the guildchat
• Edit Guildchat Message
• Withdraw money from the Guild Bank
• Access to the Guild Activity Log
  as well as some other minor things.
   

My question is if vice leaders keep all these abilities when their account is free account? We know you have to be premium account in order to become vice, but what happens afterwards if you lose premium? Do you keep these abilities since you already have the vice position, or are they lost?
