I recently went to kill this boss and my character got killed with his UE. I got a reward anyway, but it was not great.

I heard that when ppl go to kill Gaz'Haragoth, the best loot goes to the ppl who do the most damage. Considering this boss can kill a low-mid lvl character with one UE (e.g. ED, MS under lvl 300), is it worth taking the risk of going there just for a low probability of taking a nice item if you are not a high level? (They would normally do the most damage).

I would like your advice to know if it is worth for me going there going there as a low lvl character next time he spawns (risk/benefit question).
