Can you tell me about the Stone of Wisdom and why it got replaced with the Stone of Insight in the Rise of Devovorga event?

I know in Tibia sometime ago there Stone of Wisdom was replaced by the Stone of Insight and I was curious as to why this happened because it ultimately isn't available anymore.
