Using Quick Loot:

1.- If 2 mobs are dead, the only way is move the dead body.

So you select/attack with right clic and now we can do it change the settings:

Go options.
On Loot Right.
Change loot with left clic.up to Loot Left.

On Loot Right.
Change to Loot Left.

So you select/attack with right clic and loot with left clic.
