How can I get a Gryphon Mask?

I was browsing through Cyclopedia when I came across this Gryphon Mask. I did some research to try to see how I could obtain one but TibiaFandom is saying nothing about it. Is there a way to obtain this item?

Gryphon Mask is obtained during the "Kilmaresh Quest"

It is obtained during the mission: One Last Favor

PS: There is no level requirement for this quest, but since the creatures are pretty strong, I recommend a lot of caution hehe
