How often can you use shadow bite plants to get shadow bite berries?

I usually go do the werewolf bosses and use shadow bite plants to get shadow bite berries. I'm curious to know how often I can use shadow bite plants to obtain the berries? They make great decor in my opinion so this is what I'm using them for.

Firs of all you have  three locations where you can find  : Edron Lycanthropes Cave here and here, Edron Earth Elemental Cave here.

You can get only one  per day by harvesting .
