In which cities we can find only one Npc, who sells potions and runes ?

Inspired by another question - Which NPC has the biggest choice of runes/potions?

I want to know in which cities we can find Npcs who sells potions AND runes.

For example I know that in Thais we can buy potions and runes from one Npc, but in Rahtleton we can find two Npcs - one sells runes and second potions.

I made a chart about all the NPCS that are magic shopkeepers. So to answer your question the cities that have just one NPC that buys and sells runes would be Carlin, Gray Beach, Port Hope, Dawnport, Farmine, Ab'dendriel, Gnomegate, Darashia, Yalahar, Liberty Bay, Krailos, Kazordoon. The cities that have 2 NPCs that buy and sell runes is Thais and Svargrond.
