For all hunting task achievements, does it matter if you kill the lower or higher creature count?

For the hunting tasks you need to do them 100x apparently on each creature level (easy, medium, hard) in order to get certain achievements. However, when you do the hunting tasks it gives you the option to kill for example 100 or 200 of the creature for one category and other categories are different depending on the type of creature and if you unlocked the bestiary or not. My question is: Does it matter if I choose the 100 or the 200 creatures killed or does this not matter when it comes to obtaining the hunting task achievements?

These achievements have been updated with the Winter Update 2025. To complete these achievements now you must complete weekly kill tasks. It is only the killing tasks that count. The delivery tasks will not count towards this achievement.

• Verminbane - 100x Beginner Kill Tasks
• Monsterhunter - 200x Adept Kill Tasks
• Taskmaster -  500x Expert/Master Kill Tasks

It doesn't matter for the achievements, this option just allows you to earn more hunting task points after completing the creature bestiary.

oh true about the extra points for more monsters you kill, thanks for adding that in
