Does the Forbidden Tome disappear after I use on it Key to Knowledge?

Question

As the question says, what gonna happen to my Forbidden Tome after I use on it Key to Knowledge. I want to make Forbidden Knowledge achievement.

Forbidden Knowledge achievement you can obtain by using a Key to Knowledge  on a Forbidden Tome . This won't work if you have never eaten a Forbidden Fruit . After you use Key to Knowledge on Forbidden Tome, both items will disappear and you will see text: You gained a tremendous amount of knowledge
