Shield with speed exist in game?

There are many items in the game that are available at additional speed, but I wonder... is there a shield with extra speed?

Yes it is, when we use Small Enchanted Amethyst at a  Rainbown Shield thie became a  Sparking Rainbow Shield which increases your speed by 20 speed points (10 levels) and gives 36 defense.
