Which is the smaller house available in tibia and where can i find it?

On tibia have a lot of houses but I wanna know which are the smaller houses available and where can I find them?

I will appreciate if you can say the City and the Sqm.

There are 2 house with only 5 SQM (including the door), they are both in Carlin and in the same building:

• Theater Avenue 6C (on surface, as in the picture below)
• Theater Avenue 6D (on +1, exactly like 6C but on +1)

• Both houses can have 1 bed
• Both houses the rent is 25k
