How to make shortcut to Mintwallin?

Rumours says that it is possible to get to Mintwallin by shortcut and its much faster than walking normal way. So my question is, how to make the shortcut?

You need have 4th rank in Dreamer's Challenge Quest Lord Protector or Dread Lord then you are able to use teleport to Mintwallin by Knightwatch.
