From time to time on different hunting grounds we can notice that reset floor took place. To let it happen nobody should be on the screen.

I used to check bosses for over 6 years and I noticed that standing +1 lvl above Ocyakao respawn block reset floor as well. Also we can notice that monsters are moving when youre standing +1 lvl above. On the other hand when I log in my noobchar on Fermor Hills - Goblin which is few levels below stands without any movement.

How many levels should player stay above or below to be not visible by monsters and don't block resets of floor?

Well, to be seen by monsters is two levels above or bellow, as long as there's no one standing two levels above or bellow the respawn will stand still, that's why you're able to see monsters standing still in some areas where you can't reach their level or you are just standing two levels above these creatures. I don't know if it works the same way for respawn reset but my guessing is it does as long as you're neither on the area screen or two levels above or bellow again.
