Can the mini-boss Fugue from The Order of the Lion spawn more than once?

While completing the quest "The Order of the Lion" we must kill the Fugue mini-boss (from which the lion item may drop), I heard that he may appear more than once if it's true and how to cause him to respawn?

When I did It, another player was un the room waiting for him too. So when It spawmed, we both tried to kill, but he was so unlucky to die. I kept killing It alone, and by the time this player came back to the room, another fungui appeared!

So one option I got, is to have an accounts with the "mission" opened, so the Boss spawn, and kill It with another one.

Yes it may occur to appear more than one Fugue, every time that a player who didn't kill the boss yet goes into the room, a new Fugue will appear. Somoe players were doing a "glitch" to make spawn a lot of Fugue that consist in a player get into the room and leave, them another players kill the boss and the same first guy goes into again and leave so a new boss spawn.
