Where to finish Fire Elemental bestiary quickly?

I want to know where is the best place to finish this bestiary, even when rapid respawn is not active.

The best place would probably be goroma volcano. On the way in there are quite a few fire elementals and fire devils.

I suggest two places:

• Shadow Tomb (level -8)

Shadow Tomb you can find on the east from Ankrahmun city:

This is the one, where you can find pharaoh boss Mahrdis.

• Second place is definitely Goroma Volcano and undergrounds - there are quite a lot of Fire Elementals.
